I trus fitbit , that the problems wil be fixed soon . 

The device is good , but the software must be fixed.

Welcome and I'm happy to see some optimism this morning!  From what “I” can tell, the problem isn't the Versa.  I know Fitbit is working to fix this quickly and we’ll get past this. Thanks!
