Versa quick replies not sending?

So. My vera gets texts and calls and can even choose quick replies. But why dont people recieve them? How are these messages being sent to them. Yes my bluetooth is connected to my phone and yesnita on all day sync. All notifications and permissions should be fine. I've had friends text me and I've sent quick replies back and they never recieve them? What's the deal

@Desolatebrat what phone are you using?  Is it on the Supported Devices List?
