I noticed last night that my Versa quit syncing on Sunday evening. The app was last updated on 11/12/18 and I have the latest iOS on my phone. It said it was connected but wouldn’t sync. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it doesn’t even recognize/find my Versa when I try to connect it via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth does still recognize other devices that aren’t connected to my phone.

Restart your Versa several times and then try syncing in the fitbit app. Dont try to pair from the phones blutooth as fitbits dont pair this way.

A warm welcome to the Community @Janet7210 and @NellyG thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
