I have read a lot of help comments about the red light sensor on the back of the Versa not shutting off, but have not seen a fix posted for this problem. Is there anything that can be done for this? My battery is draining and will not stay charged for a full day. I have tried multiple shutdowns, restarts, and factory resets. Nothing has worked, and the red light on the back is always on, even while it is powered off. I don’t want to purchase a new Versa at a discounted price, I just want my 16 month old Versa to work properly. Someone please help!

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email. I'm sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under warranty.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I accidentally accepted this answer as a solution. This is not a solution at all! All I was told was that my Versa is 4 months out of warranty so you are S.O. L.!!! What kind of solution is that! This morning I took my Versa off of the charger at 6am, the battery was at 100%....it died at 8:30am!!! Why would I want to buy another Versa at a discounted price??? I have already spent $200 for this one to only work for 16 months!!! What a waste of my hard earned money!!!
