Versa registering wrong active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I have just gotten my Fitbit Versa, it is less than a week old. It has started counting active minutes which are extremely wrong. When I sleep, it says I have been active for 75 minutes and the other day it said I was active for 94 minutes when all I was doing was sitting.

I'm very disappointed as my stats are now completely out and I cannot accurately monitor my activities and my calories burnt. How do I fix this?

It's great to see you around @AmzSA.

I am sorry to hear that your Vera is not being accurate. I recommend restarting your Fitbit by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

After these steps, test your unit and let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Hi AlejandraFitbit

I tried that this morning and it didn't resolve the issue.

I will try that tonight before I sleep and see if I have any active minutes registered when I wake up.

Hi, last night before I went to sleep, I reset my fitbit versa but the active minutes were still extremely high. I decided to sleep with my fitbit completely off and on my table. This morning I switched it on and as soon as it synced with the app, it displayed 58 active minutes and 1642 calories burnt. I have literally only switched it on and that's it. So resetting it doesn't work and neither does not wearing it. It does it's on thing.
