After spending the pass 4 days trying to download/sync music/Pandora/Deezer to my Versa - I finally contacted customer service. Spent an hour with them troubleshooting (doing the same things I have been doing for days) and still was unable to sync music - they decided they are sending a replacement. They emailed me a label and I am to mail just the watch part back to them and then I will receive another one. However, it is possible I may receive a refurbished one. Has anyone received a replacement like this? I am worried I may never see a replacement or get something worse in return. I hate that my son bought me something new but may get something used back. I am thinking returning and looking at other brands maybe the way to go? Just curious if anyone has had any luck with getting a replacement.

Hi, AFAIK when Fitbit sends you a replacement, it's a new one. If the new one will be better or worse, nobody can guarantee you that. My advice would be to send it back and wait for the new one. Support is usually very fast with sending new ones. As always, life is full of risks, but I would not be bothered too much.
