Versa not holding charge

My mom and I got a versa around the same time (so about a year ago) but now we are both having problems with the battery holding it’s charge. We both have the basic watch faces and it lasts 2-3 days if that. My moms versa just recently got stuck on the main screen and won’t swipe, she has restarted it manually but sill nothing!

Hi, did you try to reboot the Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo flashing and then release the buttons?

Yes multiple times. It is stuck on the home screen and won’t let you get to settings nor notifications.
