I haven’t been feeling well and resting at home and my Versa is reporting over 66000 steps (only about 1100 actual steps), over 6500 floors, and almost 30 miles. I’ve hard reset my Versa, hard closed and restarted my app and rebooted my phone. Nothing fixes the floors or miles, though the steps will be accurate at times. Is it safe to assume my Versa needs to be replaced?

Just looked at my Fitbit app, which is reporting my calorie burn for today, interesting because my Fitbit is sitting in Sydney, waiting for Fitbit to fix their customs paper work to be returned. Paper work that DHL has been trying to contact Fitbit to fix for the past few days.

Update:
My versa continued to have odd data and appeared to not be tracking anything normally, so I powered it off and turned it back on. It’s been stuck on a boot screen for 2 days. I guess it is dead. 🙁 I’m disappointed this all began after 2 yrs, 6 months, and exactly 1 day after I got it.
