My versa went black when the new update came out, then it wouldn't turn on for about 3 days. once I got it to turn on, it had reset and wanted me to download the app to get started. Now the app says its updating, and then it fails. No matter if I do it on wi-fi or bluetooth. It won't do anything.... It's like it was factory reset, but won't sync. I even tried deleting it off my app and installing it as a new device. But it won't do anything.... heeeeeelp!!

I'm in the same boat. Since the wkend. But today it seems to have gotten worse. I've have reset my Versa, who knows how many times now, restarted my phone 4 times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app about 5 times now. And still nothing. I keep getting "Found it!", But it still cannot sync. Have u had any luck with urs?

No luck. It just has the Fitbit symbol and wants me to finish the set up.
