Versa resetting during workout

From time to time, I will start a workout and not even 2 minutes in my versa will restart on it's own. Which makes whatever I just did not count. Now I have to constantly check my watch while working out incase it restarts. Can you please fix this glitch?

This also happened to me Monday and Tuesday, but did not happen yesterday.  I have not worked out yet today, so I'm not sure the issue has been resolved.  Both times, it happened about 2 minutes into my workout.  It is a little frustrating to lose even a couple minutes!

Mine did this during my morning swim practice.   First time doing this during my every day swim.

I got my versa in April, and it reset on me at least 4 times during my workouts. I thought I was the only one!

Hi there. Same problem - about 4 months in and had this problem 2 weeks back. Roughly about 2 -4 mins into the workout and it’ll restart without any warnings. I usually use the exercise type “workout” and just curious if the group also face the same problem with other exercise type.

 

I even factory reset yesterday to see if the situation improved - and just had another reset hours ago during workout. 

 

I hope is not a hardware failure. Maybe its just me - but I also realised that the heart rate monitor ever since the versa auto reset start registering lower heart rate. Need some time to observe if this is indeed happening

Yes, it is only when I am on workout mode. Hopefully it's just a glitch that can be fixed with an update.
