Versa resetting itself

Versa has been great since I got it, this morning I looked at it and the fit bit symbol was the only thing on the screen. I played with the buttons, got it to come back. While on the treadmill it did it again and I lost a few thousand steps I had been tracking. Now the clock is off by 12 minutes, the numbers on the screen have gone really dim, and it won't sync to my phone! Don't know what to do here.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your Versa? I suggest set it up as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
