My versa has been working until the right bottom button stopped working. This was not a problem as long as you keep the watch turned on. Someone suggested shutdown and restart. The right button is what is required to turn it on and that is broken. So iam unable to turn it on. It had 56% charge when I I shutdown. The rep. gave me a 25 % off coupon. I don't want to buy another watch. Is there another way to turn it on?

Normally a user would hold in both the left and lower right button to turn the Versa on.
Let's place the Versa into its charger and plug the cord in. This should also turn the Versa on.
You may want to contact Fitbit about the button.
I'm also moving your Versa question out of the Charge 2 board.

So i think the button operation is hampered by either a mechanical or electrical problem. Without the right bottom button few things become impossible. For example if you go into exercise swim mode, you cannot stop until the battery dies and the watch restarts by itself. I had my watch in the swim mode for 30 hours or so before the battery ran out. If you shutdown the watch, you are also unable to turn it back on because that requires this botton-right button. I think a easy fix would to add a feature to the fitbit companion phone application to allow these button presses. This would solve problems associated with bad buttons. It would be painful for me to have to goto the phone app, but i am ok with that. May alternative is to spend another 200$ for another watch. My watch works great in all other respects.
