My Fitbit Versa 2 shows the time and date but wont let my swipe up or down or left or right to access the other info. My battery seems to run down very quickly. Any ideas or suggestions to why it is doing this would bee great help! TIA

I am having the same issue. My battery life used to be 4 or more days and now it's barely 2 before my low battery notification goes off. I also have issues where I can't swipe on my screens. It only responds to the button push. I've tried your troubleshooting tips but it hasn't helped. Any other suggestions?
