My fitbit Versa 2 (about three months old) for the second time in a week, has changed the clock face by itself. The first time happened overnight while i was sleeping, I woke to find an "Clock face error" msg on the screen and the power down to 5%, where it was at 50% when i went to bed. I had to do several restarts on both the versa and my phone to fix the issue. The second time (now) the clockface changed in the middle of a workout, and now the versa will not sync. Nor can i access the Settings or the clock face in the Fitbit iphone app. Again I have followed all the recommended steps listed in the help forums, restart all, shut off/on bluetooth, etc.. now the versa works but will not sync. Help?

@Send_it, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the clock face changes by itself and it stopped syncing.
In case the clock face issue happens again, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. Finally, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
