Hello Everyone,
My Fitbit is stuck on an update 33.1.30 and it’s very annoying. In fact this is happening on my versa 1 replacement which is even more disappointing. My old versa had the new update and when I speak with the Fitbit folks over chat they end up telling me to restart or factory reset the watch. I don’t know what to do. Hope you can help.

@Shammu123 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the firmware update issue that your Versa is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know what was your Versa's behavior after trying the factory reset. Also, I would like to know if you tried setting up your watch from scratch after the factory reset.
