Hi, my versa current firmware is 32.331.30

I'm aware that this is not the latest firmware for versa and I am unable to download spotify as it requires the latest firmware for my versa to proceed with the download.

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it asks you to update the firmware in order to download Spotify.

 

Please follow the steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update and see if it gets completed. Finally, try the steps listed in this help page, which explains how to control music playing on Spotify and see if the issue gets fixed.
