Versa's screen and buttons not working correctly.

Hello,

 

i am am having issues with my Fitbit Versa. I have had it since June, the last couple of days I have had issues with the screen not responding and the home button not responding. I have reset the Fitbit multiple times and it seems to work for a awhile. Then the screen will not respond and it looks like the screen is going out. It will start to fade or it will not pop up with a clear image. I have tried to reduce the brightness and made sure that the device was fully charged. I’m concerned that the screen is going out. 

 

UPDATE:

Update: I have master reset my Versa and it was fine for about 20 minutes and then it went back to its shenagigans

I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Versa board as this issue is related to the Versa itself and not the Fitbit app.

My best recommendation is to contact them back as they will be able to provide you more options.

Hi,

my versa backbutton won’t work and the screen keeps flashing since last Sunday and I have tried reset and searched the community forums. 

I have been going around in circles on this website trying to figure out how to contact the Support team. 

Warrany says request a return authorization from customer service but i still cant figure out where to go to even log my problem or get customer support. 

 

Please help and guide me I am so frustrated with this.

Mine has just started doing this too. It is very frustrating and I have factory reset and resynced quite a few times now.  Please help
