Versa's screen became dim

I spoke to someone a few weeks ago regarding my dim screen but haven't heard anything more.

@Littleaud66, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.

Hi

 

I received a replacement Charge 3 back in February but the samething have happened the the new one, I have rebooted and changed the clock screen but you have to press the button twice and it still is very dim.
