My Versa was fully charged in the night and in the morning the screen did not turn on. I tried to charge again but it didn't work. It's not even restarting. Any help!

Thanks @JuanJoFitbit and @sunsetrunner for helping and responding to my messages.

Here's how I am summing up my story.

  1. Thread on FitBit community - "https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-won-t-turn-on/td-p/2775326" check if it works for you. If not, move to step 2.
  2. Check out the link on how do you restart your Versa. "https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=charging&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1"
  3.  Try factory resetting watch. Goto FitBit help and look for relevant search topics, there are plenty of them.
  4. Get in touch with customer care. If you are still not able to turn on your watch after all the steps, and the watch is still under warranty customer support will help you with troubleshooting steps.
  5. If nothing works out and your watch is still under warranty then customer support will ask for copy of invoice along with some additional information.
  6. Once the details are verified you will get mail from customer support to provide additional information and you can get replacement of tracker at your door step.
  7. Make sure to recycle defective device.

I have got my replacement. Thanks to Jennifer E from FitBit team and the entire FitBit Team including @JuanJoFitbit . 😀👍

Thanks,

Gaurav

I have been experiencing the same problem. There must be a fix other than sending it in for repair.  I wonder if a fitbit moderator is seeing this, and can help.

Hi @Sheri1957, thank you for joining us in this thread. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing the same issue, please let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
