I bought Fitbit versa in last December from Nordstrom.. I have a small issue regarding my device.. my watch is in good condition I could able to track everything and sync to my Fitbit app but since 3 days my watch screen is not working so I would like to know if you could assist me in solving the issue.

@Keerthanay, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your last email soon in order to assist you and follow up accordingly.
