Versa's screen not responding

My Versa just blanked out on me all od the sudden. Tried to tap on Alarms, Exercise...not comong up. Tried to 'Restart' with Settings, not coming up either. No clock showing on home screen. Anyone has encountered it before?

Thanks for confirming all of the steps that you have tried to get your Versa to work. I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

The first thing I'd like to recommend is that you try to manually restart the Fitbit, without going into the settings. You can find the steps to do so by clicking here.
