Versa screen and syncing issues

My Versa 1 is on, but the screen is black after multiple reset attempts. I did a hard reboot of it (following the instructions provided on this website) and it vibrates/screen turns on and off but the logo never pops up or the watch face. Because I did a hard reboot it won’t sync anymore either so I don’t know what to do. Please help!
