My watch was fine last night before I went to bed. When I woke up this morning to check the time the screen was blank. I restarted it many times and didn’t help. I always take it off before shower. I bought it on September last year.

Hi!!!!
I have another problem. My versa stoped working after getting in the ocean. How is possible if it is supposed to be waterproof? Now, it can’t stop reseting itself. 😞

Hi @CSamp, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.
I am sorry to hear your watch stopped working after getting in the ocean and can't stop resetting itself now. The Fitbit Versa is swim-proof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters). I recommend restarting your device and changing a clock face.
If the issue still persists, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please do the following:
Let me know how it goes.

The buttons stopped working, and the Fitbit app can’t be connected to my watch. The watch is constantly in a restarting loop until the battery dies. It looks like water managed to get inside the tracker. It’s crazy because I recently had my Fitbit replaced because of a faulty screen and now this gets messed up as well! Makes me think there is something wrong with the Versa model.
