My Versa screen just popped off and now the device is not working. I was just wearing it like normal, wasn’t in the water and didn’t hit it on anything. It’s like whatever adhesive was holding the screen in place just came off. I’ve had this Fitbit less than a year. It was actually a replacement for a verse I had where the screen just went white and wouldn’t work. I also had that Fitbit for less than a year. That’s two Versa devices that didn’t last a year. Very disappointed in Fitbit. Products should last longer.
