upon returning from walking my dog, i noticed the screen had dropped off the watch, i retraced my steps and there was no sign of the face (lost in the grass somewhere across the field). how do i claim on the warranty, this is new and a christmas present 2020 so 6 months old

Please note the screen cannot be replaceable. When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
