My Versa screen got very light and then started having lines running through it. Had to contact customer service and spent an hour trying to troubleshoot. In the end I have to send my watch back and wait 2-5 days for a new one to come. Have others been having this issue? Has customer service totally changed? My last Fitbit had a cracked screen and the company sent me a new one in two days and didn't even request the old one returned. Now I have to wait almost a week for my watch!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and for letting us know that you have already contacted our support team about this. Keep in mind that the time for receiving a Fitbit will depend on the demand of the unit.
