Well, where do I start.. I usually don't like to post on forums but this issue is insanely annoying I couldn't help it.
So I purchased a Versa 3 months ago and after 3 weeks of using it and didn't swim in it once the screen started spazzing out and flickering and I tried everything to try to fix it restarts factory reset resync you name it. So I contacted FitBit support to claim my warranty and It was still with the retailer so I tried to claim it with them took a month and they denied it. So contacted FitBit again and they sent me a replacement in less than 4 days. Came back home set it up 7 minutes in and the same issue happens AGAIN on my freaking newly recieved replacement I didn't even walk 100 steps with it............
Is this part of a BIG bad batch? or is this common? or am I just extremely unlucky? I mean at this point i don't even want this thing either another model or a refund..

I'm having a similar issue. I've already gotten one replacement. I've been wearing it for 3 weeks and now the replacement is glitching. It'll not work for a few days, then it'll work for a few hours, etc. It still sync with the app, so I'm still wearing it. Except once I raise my heart rate, it continues to read it as elevated, so I have an insane amount of active minutes this week. Not sure what to do. I've been a fitbit user for many years but this is frustrating.
Same issues with mine. Died after 36 days. I bought on eBay so not considered a registered retailer so no refund either... even tho have all packaging and proof of purchase. Very disappointing... especially as there appear to be soooo many issues with it
Best AnswerThis same thing happened to me. My Versa was working great until the last update then it began flickering and just died. I actually bought another one and the same exact thing happened to the second one I bought. FitBit you have a serious problem.
