I am amazed that Fitbit has become such a huge company but we still have problems with their products. I have been a customer since 2014 & always run out & get the latest watch. I've had numerous issues in the past with the charge and now the face of the versa is coming off. For the price point of the versa I expected better quality. Is there a place to take it or ship it to be fix? Has anyone gotten their face plate repaired since this seems to be a common occurrence?
