Versa screen flickering

Just today my Versa screen started flickering / shaking.  Tried everything from a restart, shutdown and factory reset with not luck.  Going to open a case with Fitbit support, but wanted to see if anyone else experienced the same.

Yes, I opened a case yesterday and they were able to provide me with assistance. Unfortunately I need to wait for a replacement, but I was able to get quick support.

Thanks for the information @jxman, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement.

 

At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
