Versa display stuck on partial clockface

This keeps happening and won't go to the main screenThis keeps happening and won't go to the main screen

I strange red screen keeps getting stuck.  I can't get it back to the clock or other functions with out many efforts of fiddling. Please help

@SLCTiff Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Versa got stuck. Try restarting it by doing the following:

 

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again. 

 

You can also try changing the clock face to a different one to see if this helps solving the issue.
