Versa screen gets frozen

Hi 

I have had my versa form Christmas 2018. Over the last three months it has been constantly freezing. I have done a factory reset and reset the device multiple times. However although that’s annoying It still does the job. Until today I went on a walk it registered all my steps but after setting up a workout at home it’s now took 5000 steps off my total. Why has it suddenly changed steps ?  It did originally have the steps I done on the watch but after 30 mins it’s now decreased?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen gets frozen and the steps are not synced completely. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know how the factory reset was performed.
