Versa screen is black

My Fitbit Versa screen is only black. The only time I can see anything on the screen is if I place on the charger and it shows me that it is charging or fully charged.

Have you tried restarting it by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?

Hi Alejandra,

I'm having the very same problem with my versa which l purchased on the 5th of September 2018. I have tried numerous times to do both a soft and hard reset to no avail.

Please tell me what to do next.
