My Versa randomly vibrated and the screen is a dark blue. It keeps randomly vibrating but the screen wont turn on. I've tried resetting it, my app says 74%, but nothing. I havent had this that long. What should I do?

@HayKay, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via phone as @SunsetRunner advised.
