Is anyone else having a problem with the Screen scratching? I wore my Versa for only a couple hours, was not rough with it at all and now the screen is scratched several times. I contacted customer service and they were useless. I'm really disappointed and getting a screen protector but I expected more for the price. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have worn by Versa 2 for two days. I have been very careful and I have already noticed a scratch. It is very disappointing. I wish I had read the many complaints about the screens prior to buying this. I just chatted with someone from Fitbit to ask about any possible solutions and was told I should buy a new one! Why do they not offer a screen protector when you buy these if so many are complaining about the screens? If anyone has any advice, please send it my way. Thank you!

I have been very careful and have a scratch after two days. Haven't even worked out. Our only hope is that enough people will complain and Fitbit will take a closer look as to why so many people are unhappy with their delicate screens

I gave up on Fitbit... they don’t sync well with iPhone anyway. Fitbit is designed for Android devices. Get a top of the line Apple Watch with scratch resistant sapphire glass. It’s a far better device and I would have ended up saving money if I had gone that route from the start instead of investing in 4 different Fitbits.
The only drawback with the Apple Watch is that you have to recharge them every 1-½ days as opposed to the Fitbit which are good for 4 days.
Hope this helps!

I got my Versa in March of 2019 as a birthday present, and it's been picking up scratches like crazy. I personally find it hard to believe someone could play volleyball with it and not see any scratches. I was wearing it at the gym on a treadmill, and it picked up its first scratches when the watch scraped against the hand rails. The positive thing is the watch still works, and the screen is still readable.
