Hi guys,
my Fitbit Versa has suddenly stopped working.
The screen has gone blank and I cannot see anything anymore but the buttons seems still working.
Also the wrist turn does not wake up the screen.
It is fully charged ( I can see it from the app)
I had tried several times to reset the device by holding the buttons but nothing happens.
I did also a factory reset but the screen still remais off.
Have you got any other suggestions? Nothing seems to work at this moment !!
I’m disappointed because I’ve had this watch for just a little over 2 years and the warranty has just expired

Hi there @Giada14, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue with your Versa before reaching out. I totally understand why you're feeling disappointed.
Since your Versa is fully charged and still syncing, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi Team,
Mine versa is exhibiting same issues and the screen faintly flickers and goes out continuously.
It gets heated while charging and none of the indicators at the back are illuminated.
Please advise.

Hi guys,
I've got the exact same issue with my Fitbit screen for the past 2 days coming up as just a black blank screen that flickers in and out along with the green backing light and a random vibration, no matter what buttons are pressed and despite trying out a factory reset multiple times, different chargers, and changing the clock face back to the original one.
The app appears to show my battery is in fact full and the app and tracker software are all up to date so I'd appreciate any more ideas on what I would be able to try to get it working again as this is the first time in just over 2 years that I've owned my Versa that I've had an issue.
I'm hoping there's a fix as I just recently purchased 2 new Versa 2s for both my parents as Christmas gifts so I'd want to avoid having to fork out for a new one for myself as much as possible 😅. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Mine has literally just done the same...I've just tried to change the clock face (as mentioned above) which is 'pending I.e. its stuck & my watch is blank/black screen...
