I see the picture fine. I'd describe it as a bunch of vertical lines ranging in width and color, from light blue almost white, to dark blue.

Now I know your screen issues, I would advice you to contact Customer Support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs . Seems to be a hardware issue. Good luck.
BTW, I know now why I did not see the picture: I use Chrome as a browser. Opened Microsoft Edge and the picture was there!

I use Chrome too, and see the pic.. Must be something other than just Chrome.
