My fitbit screen will not turn on. Apparently the device still charges, vibrates alarms and syncs with app. Screen just refuses to come on. Have tried the hard reset of pressing the "back" and bottom buttons at the same time to no avail. @Fitbit staff, Please advise as this device was purchased in July of this year and been worn for only 4 months.
