My Fitbit is fully charged but the screen is non responsive!! The lights come on at the back sporadically, not all the time. HELP! 😞

@rat85 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display is unresponsive.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

If your Versa received the last update, check your warranty. If it is not expired contact customers support, otherwise get a new one .

Hey @JuanJoFitbit thanks for the response, I tried this and it hasn't worked. The screen is now lighting up but still no display 😞
