Versa screen popped off

Has anyone had this happen? I take Great care of my versa cleaning it and normal wear and my screen just popped off the watch.  I can Literally see all the little wiring inside, It still functions just is not stuck to the base if that makes any sense.

Hi Cvaz88, did you get help? Happened  to me too. I just felt something dangling on my wrist.
It works but I can't wear it because it keeps popping out.
Can someone help or advice?

That’s exactly what happened to me. Unfortunately my phone was out of warranty so they could only offer me 40% off the Versa Lite which doesn’t have all the features my Versa does or 25% off another watch but they only gave me 5 to choose from and it couldn’t be the Versa 2 or one comparable basically.

My screen just popped off also while walking in the house.  Got the Versa 2 for Xmas 2019.  So disappointed to read this thread of so many times this has happened and no resolution from Fitbit. Would not have asked for this Fitbit if I read these comments before purchase.  Just wanted add to the list of this problem. Time to find another manufacturer.
