My Versa screen won’t turn on. I’ve attempted to restart it by holding the buttons down, but still nothing. Any tips? Do I take it back to Best Buy or contact FitBit?

My Versa screen went black/blank about an hour ago I think. Versa has worked fine today. Just got home, checked time and nothing happened. My phone shows Versa in non-stop synch. Any reason or answers?

I went to help page and found the solution to blank screen - restart your Versa. Hold the left button & the lower right button down for about 10 seconds (I think it took longer) until the FITBIT logo appears on the screen. Wait, wait. The Versa wakes up and your home screen appears. Hope this works for you.

I've tried holding the buttons, as suggested, to restart my watch, however, nothing appears to be working. Are there any other suggestions beside contacting the Fitbit Help Desk via e-mail, which I've done.
The watch was bought at a duty free shop overseas so going back to them is nearly impossible!
