I got the Versa as a gift for Christmas. The screen is scratched. Not sure how to proceed with getting it fixed or replaced. I hope Fitbit is not trying to pass off refurbished as new.

If it was scratched when you got it (out ofbthe box) you need to return it to the store it was bought, or contact Support (link in my signature)
