Auto sync not working, drops Bluetooth constantly. Help!

I have auto sync on, but I have to go in daily to sync and it takes hours to sync.  It also constantly drops Bluetooth, so I don’t get texts or calls.

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? It might be a compatability issue.
