My Fitbit versa went white with lines in it. It still counts steps. Green light on the back is on.

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I've held down the button for 10 seconds but still won't cut off. I can't view anything on my screen. I only had it for a couple months. Thanks for helping
