Versa screen went blank

My versa watch face just went black and hasn’t came back to the normal screen. I’ve tried charging it for a couple hours, resetting it, nothing is working. This is the THIRD watch that has done this to me.... why???

Hi there @JLOrr, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen has gone blank. I appreciate you have already tried to troubleshoot this situation before reaching us. 

Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
