This morning I woke up with a blue screen on my versa. It synced with my phone with accurate details. I tried restarting the phone. Now the display has gone off completely. I just see a blank screen. Charging is 100%. Device is working because the green light behind it is blinking and it vibrates every hour to remind me to walk. I have changed the clock face. That did not help. It is syncing with the phone. So it is just the display that is not coming up. when I restart the watch, I can't see the Fitbit logo. Can anyone help ?

Did you find any resolution to this problem. I am facing the same issue and I have been using it for just 2 yrs. I tried reaching out the service centre and they just couldn't help me with anything. I asked them a display replacement if possible( I was happy to pay extra). But nothing again. Major disappointment from fitbit.
Sorry no resolution from their end. They offered me 35% discount for the new product too. It’s sad that their product is use and throw and not repairable and doesn’t last more than two years. Will not buy again. Very horrible customer service.
