Versa screen won’t turn on

I’ve had my Fitbit versa for a little over a year. I tried to turn the screen on this morning and it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried the reset and the screen is still black! It still vibrates when I get notifications. Anyone know how to fix it?

I have had mine since April 2019 and the main screen went black last night.

My Versa went black a couple of days ago and won't turn on or reset or anything. It doesn't vibrate when I get notifications but I do know that it's charged because it was at 80% when it first started happening and I've left it on the charger since to make sure that dead battery wasn't the issue.

Right. Mine is still tracking to my Ap but no screen for click. Other screens are there but do not really open. Was there an update?
