Versa screen won’t work

Last week my versa turned itself off on 48% battery wouldn’t turn back on for a day even when charging it again, tried resetting it and tried factory reset, it started repeatedly restarting itself, then I managed to charge it 100% but the touch screen function wouldn’t work. Changed clock face... all started working apart from being a little slow and pixelated. All of sudden won’t work again, it’s still syncing with my phone and has full battery will vibrate when some one rings me but the screen won’t work at all and no back light to it?

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
