Versa screen

I have the versa 1. It seems to be working when syncing to my phone I can see steps and heart rate etc. The trouble is the screen is lit up however completely blank so I can't see the time or any data... Any ideas how to fix?

I've this problem too and now mine won't sync or charge at all.

Same with mine, screen was acting strange all day, not responding and changing on its own. Woke up this AM and it was just blank, tried a factory reset and now it won’t turn on at all, had 60% battery too.
