Morning all, so after yesterday's post, I did a factory reset of my versa deleted the app from iPad and since then I've been struggling to set it up again! I can now connect bluetooth but it's taking ages to connect to the tracker( the bit where you put a code in) so far it's been around 20 mins. Any tips? Thank you!

Can you say why you did a factory reset? Were you having a problem?

Yesterday I couldn't even connect my iPad couldn't even connect bluetooth to the tracker, today I am one step further along if that makes sense hahaha. I've done it all 😞
