Hi, for a new months i’ve been using my Versa perfectly fine until i temporarily synced it to another phone. After deleting the watch from that other account it won’t let me sync my watch back to my own account even after following all the troubleshooting. The watch was momentarily placed in chlorine when synced to the other device but that shouldn’t make a difference.

When you delete a fitbit from your account on one phone it deletes it from all phones so you'll need to add it back again on your main phone. Go into the app and go into the account section (the icon looks like an ID card) then select "set up a device". Choose Versa and follow the prompts. The process will be much the same as when you first set it up.
Should you need to temporarily use a second phone in the future then when you are finished just delete the app and remove any connection to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings. There is no need to delete the fitbit from your account.
